We offer three options for dispatch. 1) We offer FREE collection on all orders. When you place an order, you can usually collect on the same day. If your order requires cutting or labour, collection can usually be arranged within 5-7 days. We are happy to store your product for up to 90 days, no questions asked, and beyond this on arrangement. 2) Orders within the Melbourne Metro area, and within a 100 km radius from Dandenong can be delivered usually within 5 days. This is available with a crane truck on a Monday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. Alternatively, a forklift truck can be arranged to a wider area, with flexible availability. If your order requires cutting or labour, dispatch can usually be expected after 5-7 days. 3) Orders more than 150 km from Dandenong, or outside of Victoria have a standard turn around time of 10-12 days. This can be arranged to be delivered to one of over 120 depot locations nationwide, or to your address with a forklift, tailgate or crane.
