Terms and Conditions of Sale

  1. Introduction These terms and conditions of sale (the “Terms”) apply to the purchase of natural stone tiles (“Products”) from Travertine Tiles Warehouse . By placing an order for Products, the customer (“Customer”) agrees to be bound by these Terms.

  2. Orders All orders for Products must be placed in writing, either by email or through the Company’s website. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its discretion.

  3. Prices All prices for Products are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST and any other taxes, unless otherwise stated. The Company reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice.

  4. Payment Full payment for Products must be made before the Company will release the Products to the Customer. The Company accepts payment by credit card, bank transfer.

  5. Shipping The Company will arrange for the shipment of the Products to the Customer’s address. The Customer is responsible for any import duties or taxes that may be incurred. The Company will provide the Customer with a tracking number for the shipment.

  6. Inspection The Customer must inspect the Products upon receipt and notify the Company in writing of any damage or defects within 7 days of receipt. If the Customer fails to do so, the Products will be deemed to be accepted and in good condition.

  7. Returns The Company will accept the return of Products that are defective or damaged, provided that the Customer has notified the Company in writing within 7 days of receipt of the Products and the Products are returned in the same condition as they were delivered. The Customer is responsible for the cost of returning the Products.

  8. Limitation of Liability The Company’s liability to the Customer for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the Products or these Terms is limited to the value of the Products.

  9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Australia.

  10. Entire Agreement These Terms, together with the order form, constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the Customer in relation to the purchase of Products.

  11. Severability If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be struck out and the remaining provisions will remain in force.

  12. Waiver A failure or delay by the Company to exercise any right or remedy under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.

  13. Assignment The Customer may not assign its rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of the Company.

  14. Force Majeure The Company will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
